STEP 02

Selection Procedures:

A.Receipt of application:
On Receipt of confirmed Demand latter from the employer, Ebtida Overseas(RL-2790) \ Collect CVs’/applications through any of a combination of the following ways to lineup \the most suitable candidates for interview/test by the Employers or their authorized representative :
” Data Bank of Ebtida Overseas(RL-2790)
” News Paper advertisements
” District Manpower offices of the Govt.
” Technical/Specialized Institutions.
” Date Base of the BMET/BAIRA.
” Job seeker’s Forum

B. Selection:
The employer of his representative conducts interview /trade tests in order to select workers finally. The Ebtida Overseas(RL-2790) provides necessary logistic support such as issuance of interview cards, arranging interview & Test jointly with SKILL POWER. At times Ebtida Overseas(RL-2790) may also select workers if they are entrusted to do so.

C. Medical Examination:
The Candidates who are finally selected sent for Medical Examination to the appointed/ Authorized Medical Centers. Normally they are medically examined at the centers \appointed by the Embassies of the employer’s country
